CLUBB NO NAME will provide a store credit for any change of mind or incorrect sizing within 10 days of the package delivery date. Unfortunately due to the volume of orders, we are unable to offer an exchange for items. 

Refer below for further information in relation to our return policy. 

GENERAL RETURN ELIGIBILITY AND INFORMATION:

To be eligible for a store credit, items returned must not be a sale item(s).

Item(s) that are returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition with all tags still attached and returned in the original packaging. If your item does not meet these conditions, your item(s) will be sent back to you and no store credit issued. All return costs shall be at the expense of the customer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders once they have been placed. 

If you return an item, you will need to pay to cover the shipping expenses for the item(s) to be returned. 

THE RETURN PROCESS:

To lodge your return please use follow the below instructions:

  1. Email us at info@clubbnoname.com with the following subject line - (order number)
  2. Pack the item(s) that you wish to return. Please pack the item(s) with care as it must be returned in resalable condition.
  3. Send the package at closest post office and email us the tracking number.

Our team will contact you via email when your return has been processed. Your store credit will be issued within 7 business days from when we receive your item(s). This time frame is subject to extend during holiday or [promotional periods].
